Export from your current app
Ask your current provider for a full export, or download it yourself. CSV is ideal; a spreadsheet is fine. Under UK GDPR you are entitled to your data in a portable format.

Send the file through the contact form and it is set up for you, free. If you would rather drive it, the Import data page in your workspace runs the same six importers.

Check the preview
Each importer maps columns to Passdesk fields, then previews the result. Valid rows import; anything skipped is listed with the reason so you can fix it and re-run.

Invite your learners
Their history, progress and package balance are already in place, so when the invite lands the account looks like theirs and booking carries on.
FAQ
What does the migration cost?
Nothing, on any plan. It is not a paid onboarding tier or a one-off setup fee.
What if my current provider will not give me an export?
Under UK GDPR you have a right to the personal data you have provided, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Ask for it in writing. Most providers have a self-service export.
Can I get my data back out of Passdesk?
Yes. Learners, lessons, payments and progress export as CSV from inside the app whenever you like, not only when you leave.
Will importing twice duplicate everything?
No. The historical importers match on an idempotency key, so re-running a corrected file updates the same rows rather than creating a second set.
